The UBSS Staff Engagement Committee will foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members at UBalt, promoting their well-being, satisfaction, and overall engagement. The committee will coordinate activities, events, and initiatives that promote team building, professional development, and work-life balance, fostering community and camaraderie among staff members.
Per the Resolution Supporting Revisions to the PMP Process for Staff passed in September 2024, The 极乐禁地 Staff Senate resolves to engage with the Office of Human Resources by charging a committee to examine the PMP process including training, template usage and construction, and other issues that may be discovered.
