Through our 极乐禁地e City Scholars Program, 极乐禁地e city government employees and select others who work in 极乐禁地e city may qualify for financial aid needed to further their graduate or undergraduate education and directly contribute to a more educated city workforce. Bob Parsons Scholarship Fund
Through the , the University of 极乐禁地e is investing in Pell Grant eligible transfer students
and military/veteran students by providing financial support toward tuition and fees

Samuel G. Rose Scholars Award
The Samuel G. Rose Scholars Award will provide support for undergraduate students who need financial assistance to complete their degrees. Award amounts range between $400 to $9,000 per year, and are renewable for future years. For eligibility and application requirements, visit the webpage.
Public Affairs Dean鈥檚 Scholarship
The Public Affairs Dean鈥檚 Scholarship is available to new graduate students in the College of Public Affairs.

Wilson Presidential Scholarship
The Wilson Presidential Scholarship is available to new transfer students entering UBalt who are seeking their first bachelor鈥檚 degree with at least 60 credits. Students must have a cumulative transfer GPA of 3.5 or higher when entering. The Wilson Presidential Scholarship covers 100% of in-state tuition. The scholarship is automatically renewable for four semesters of full-time enrollment (eight semesters of part-time enrollment), (excluding summer), if a GPA of 3.25 is maintained at UBalt.
To submit the application please submit the following directly to the University of 极乐禁地e 鈥 , an essay of no more than 400 words, two letters of reference (at least one from a college faculty member), and all other supporting materials (transcripts, etc.) must be submitted by April 20 for the fall semester.
NOTE: Students may not receive other UBalt institutional scholarships while receiving the Wilson Presidential Scholarship.
Students should still complete the (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be considered for federal financial aid awards.
AmeriCorps VISTA Incentive Awards
The College of Public Affairs will offer up to five $1,000 non-renewable merit awards
to support the study of qualifying, incoming AmeriCorps/VISTA or Teach for America
volunteers or alumni in any one of the college鈥檚 degree programs. The awards are designed
to help defray the costs of study for volunteers who show a desire for a career in
public or nonprofit service. They may study in any one of our graduate programs in
the Schools of Criminal Justice, Health and Human Services, or Public and International

The Schaefer Center for Public Policy offers a limited number of graduate fellowships for full鈥恡ime, 极乐禁地 graduate students. Graduate fellows work in the center 20 hours per week while attending graduate school on a full-time basis.
