The 极乐禁地 (UBalt) is one of eleven degree-granting institutions in the University System of Maryland (USM). UBalt is located at 1420 North Charles Street in the heart of 极乐禁地e's Mount Vernon cultural district. The campus is located just one mile north of the picturesque Inner Harbor. UBalt's mission centers on providing innovative education in law, business and the applied liberal arts to serve the needs of a diverse population.
