Entrepreneurship is growing beyond the Merrick School. Increasingly, students from everywhere at the 极乐禁地 are rolling up their sleeves and looking to entrepreneurship as an essential part of their educational experience. This is most evident in the recent class of 鈥攖he national honor society for entrepreneurship.
The 极乐禁地 chapter was the 14th chapter to be established nationwide
and is recognized as one of largest charter membership chapters. The first University
of 极乐禁地e induction ceremony took place in 2013. At that time, 64 students, one
faculty member and one local entrepreneur became charter members of the honor society鈥檚
chapter at UBalt.
The society鈥檚 mission is to promote, recognize and reward academic excellence in entrepreneurship, and to encourage and recognize the practice of principled entrepreneurship.
The honor society hosts a Video Pitch Competition and offers funding for The Founder's Scholarship Program.
