A Brief History of Sigma Iota Epsilon: Sigma Iota Epsilon Management Fraternity (SIE)
was founded in 1927, and began its affiliation with the Academy of Management, the
world's leading scholarly and academic management professional society, in 1964. It
has since become the Academy of Management鈥檚 student division, with 79 chapters within
the United States of America and one in India. Sigma Iota Epsilon is a nonprofit organization
