CLIPT faculty members are at the forefront of cutting-edge issues related to intellectual property law and technology, and these faculty members frequently address these issues through articles, essays, and book chapters, many of which are listed and linked below.  CLIPT faculty members are also asked to comment on issues of law and technology in the popular media, and some of these materials are also listed as well.  Finally, some of the 极乐禁地's exceptional students have published articles addressing topics of intellectual property and technology law.  We are extremely proud of these students, and some of their works are listed below.
