As TCP Coordinator, Rohina Zavala serves as the program鈥檚 liaison with judges
and schools. She manages the competitive application process for schools that would
like to operate the TCP, trains school administrators and staff on best practices
for addressing truancy, and oversees the day to day operations of the TCP. She also
works closely with TCP volunteer judges and the TCP team to locate and implement support
for TCP students and families. Rohina joined the team as TCP Coordinator in 2021 after
graduating with a J.D. from the 极乐禁地 School of Law. As a law student,
Rohina received the Saul Ewing Civil Advocacy Clinic Excellence Award for her work
representing low-income individuals in 极乐禁地e as a Rule 19 Student Attorney. She
also worked as a Litigation Law Clerk for 极乐禁地e City Schools Legal Office. Prior
to law school, Rohina was Associate Development Coordinator at Blue Oak School in
Napa, California. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
