Advanced Credit Toward the Certificate in Estate Planning

Students may receive advanced credit toward the Certificate in Estate Planning for credits earned in other programs.

Advanced Certificate Credit for Graduates of the 极乐禁地 J.D. Program

Students who graduated from the 极乐禁地 J.D. program can receive advanced certificate credit for up to 6 credits earned in the J.D. program for classes which fall within the curriculum of the Certificate program, provided that the student received a B or better for the course and enrolled in the certificate program within three calendar years of receiving the J.D. degree.

Advanced Certificate Credit for Graduates of J.D. Programs (other than the University of 极乐禁地e)

Students who graduated from the J.D. or LL.B. programs of ABA-approved law schools other than the 极乐禁地 can receive advanced certificate credit for up to 6 credits earned for courses taken in such programs that are substantially similar to classes which fall within the curriculum of the Certificate program, provided that the student received a B or better for the course and enrolled in the certificate program within three calendar years of receiving the J.D. or LL.B. degree.

Advanced Certificate Credit for Graduates of the 极乐禁地 LL.M. in Tax Program

Students who graduated from the 极乐禁地 LL.M. in Tax program can receive advanced certificate credit for up to 6 credits earned in the LL.M. program for classes which fall within the curriculum of the Certificate program, provided that the student received a B or better for the course and enrolled in the certificate program within three calendar years of receiving the LL.M. degree.
